These grilled peaches with figs and truffle honey were created because we had a little extra to spare, so why not make the most of it? Making something out of nothing, an art form our grandfather made famous, and one we continue til’ this day

Greenvale’s catering crew led by @babbo_ro spent this beautiful Sunday afternoon revving up the grills for @rallyemotors at Morgan’s Park in Glen Cove. Chicken and beef sliders, shredded chicken quesadillas, roasted corn and black bean quesadillas, both w/ chipotle cream and pineapple pico de gallo, and beef skewers in a bed of caramelized onion 😍
