Before Grace’s Marketplace became a destination for chef-crafted meals, it started with a four-burner stove in a basement — and a family’s refusal to waste good food.

When a few peppers had a spot or the asparagus went a little soft, Grace and her mother turned them into something beautiful: roasted vegetables, sautéed greens, pasta dishes made from love and ingenuity.

That spark became the very first prepared foods department — and decades later, it’s still the heart of who we are. ❤️
